I have raised a complaint about the sound issue but they said sound is normal and need to upgrade the printer to avoid sound. > Service of this printer is not good and also their service engineers has no proper knowledge to identify the issue correctly. > After using it for a week continue, it starts weird sound from the printer while printing and day by day the sound starts to increase. > It has a WiFi connecting feature but sometime would not be connected due to connectivity issue, that means the WiFi speed/power and range is very low. > Ink is very bad with this printer, sometime it would not print the correct area even though the paper position is correct. > After using one hour it starts very heating and you will get the burned smelt from the printer.
